A Message from the Owner - March 2024
Hello friends, I hope this email finds you well.
As we continue our journey together, I wanted to share a bit of personal insight with you.
Some of you may already know that in addition to being a business owner/coach, yoga teacher and more, I'm also most importantly a proud mother to an 11-year-old son who is living with Autism.
Like many of you, I experience the daily juggle of balancing parenthood, work responsibilities, family/friends relationships and self-care.
Life, as we know, is rarely smooth sailing; there always seems to be bumps along the road. Sometimes, these challenges leave me feeling overwhelmed, leading me to doubt myself and my abilities.
Personally, I've found that my inner dialogue can sometimes magnify these obstacles, turning small bumps into mountains! Do you ever do that?
However, recently, amidst and episode of mental chaos, I've intuitively learned the importance of self-love and self-compassion.
Right in the middle of my route home, I had a moment where the stresses of life seemed insurmountable in my mind. Yet, by pausing to acknowledge my progress and strengths over the years, I found a sense of relief and balance within myself.
Yes in the past friends have shared how they thought I was strong and admirable... but I never really believed it.
Yet in the car that day, as I genuinely acknowledged all of my hard work, I literally cried with a sense of acceptance of where I am now and the path that got me here.
Soon after this, the feeling of unconditional love for myself arose!
As I studied my experience later in the day, I realized that no one could have ever given this wisdom to me.
While self-help books and inspirational quotes have their place, it's our own experiences and inner voice of self-love that guides us towards true self love and a sense of fulfillment.
As you enjoy the weekend, I encourage you all to practice self-love and compassion in the midst of stress of low energy.
Remember to acknowledge your accomplishments and strengths, no matter how small they may seem! They all add up to make up the beautiful story of your life!
Wishing you all a weekend filled with self-love and positivity.
Love and Light, Linda Osorio
