December Newsletter 2025
Happy December, everyone.
I want to share something a little personal with you this month, and I hope you take a moment to really let it land. We all get busy, and sometimes these newsletters get skipped, but this one matters because it’s about something we all forget: you always have the power to choose, again and again.
I was listening to a podcast with Michael Beckwith interviewing Tama Kieves, and she said something that stopped me in my tracks. "Choose again."
Every day we’re choosing... choosing what we eat, how we show up at work, how we talk to ourselves, who we allow into our space. Even the tiny choices matter. As James Clear shares in Atomic Habits, we don’t become what we think about, we become what we repeatedly do.
If your habits, a person in your life or your environment pull you off track, choose again. Choose yourself. Choose the version of you that you’re becoming. That’s the practice.
This summer, I chose fun. I chose to travel, relax and yes get a little crazy! It felt good for a bit, but now I’m choosing something different.... health, aligned friendships, deeper presence with my kids, and a mindset that supports the future I actually want.
You can do the same. If something in your life isn’t supporting who you want to be.. your environment, your habits, even your relationships, you get to choose differently.
And if you’re unsure what you want, the answer is simple: sit quietly, breathe, and listen. The clarity always shows up when you make space for it.
So don't get stuck in the negative mind chatter and just proclaim "I can choose again!"
Stay blessed my friends!
